Engine Block Structure: Jointly developed with Ricardo (UK) to strengthen and upgrade the cylinder block structure; optimized water channel design significantly enhances cylinder block strength and heat dissipation performance. The circular arrangement of the engine block water jacket, combined with an additional water passage between two cylinders on the exhaust side, forms a high-efficiency cooling system that meets the cooling requirements of high power density diesel engines.

Low-Pressure Fuel System: 500-hour long-life oil and fuel filters extend maintenance intervals and reduce maintenance costs.

Cooling System: Optimized oil cooler structure improves its heat dissipation capacity, enhancing the heat dissipation uniformity among cylinders.

Fuel System: Equipped with an integrated BOSCH electronically controlled high-pressure common rail fuel system. Through refined calibration of the diesel engine's MAP, it delivers powerful performance, a torque reserve of up to 35%, low noise, and high reliability, making it suitable for off-road mobile machinery.

Lubrication System: Increased oil pump flow rate meets the lubrication requirements of high specific power diesel engines.

Economic Efficiency: Four-valve design, symmetrical combustion chamber, and central injector deliver excellent fuel economy.

Power Performance: 8L large displacement, high torque at low speed, fast acceleration response under load, and high operating efficiency.

Crankshaft and Connecting Rod Mechanism: Features wedge-shaped small-end connecting rods and adopts cracked connecting rods, meeting the operating reliability requirements of high explosion pressure diesel engines.

Advanced Engine Power Management (AEPM): According to operating conditions, when the power exceeds the standard load, the diesel engine can temporarily boost its power to improve operating efficiency.

After-Treatment System: Adopts the EGR+DOC+DPF technical route with no urea addition required during operation; equipped with an in-line after-treatment device (vertical installation), which simplifies overall engine layout and subsequent maintenance while guaranteeing reliability.image.png
