Engine Block Structure: Two-valve configuration with cylinder block structure reinforced and upgraded in collaboration with Ricardo (UK); optimized water channel design significantly enhances cylinder block strength and heat dissipation performance. The engine block water jacket adopts an annular arrangement, with additional water passages between two cylinders on the exhaust side, forming a high-efficiency cooling system that meets the cooling requirements of high power density diesel engines. The newly developed four-valve configuration features an integral water jacket and four-valve cylinder head design, satisfying the requirement of 180bar high explosion pressure; dry cylinder liner equipped with guide plates improves the heat dissipation capacity of the engine cooler and enhances the heat dissipation uniformity among cylinders.

Power Performance: Professionally matched for off-road operating conditions of construction machinery, the product boasts advantages of large displacement, high low-speed torque, strong power, and fast acceleration.

Adaptability: Multiple power output interfaces meet various power output requirements and facilitate the layout of the main engine structure.

Economic Efficiency: Available with two-valve or four-valve configuration for excellent fuel economy; compatible with four-speed multi-mode switch function, allowing selection of the appropriate power output curve according to different operating conditions to reduce overall fuel consumption.

Multiple Power Output Interfaces: Meet various power output requirements and facilitate the layout of the main engine structure. Featuring good adaptability and a hydraulic transmission system with high power transmission capacity, it satisfies the continuous operation requirements of off-road applications.

Advanced Engine Power Management (AEPM): According to operating conditions, when the power exceeds the standard load, the diesel engine can temporarily increase its power to improve operating efficiency.

Long Maintenance Interval: 500-hour long-life oil and fuel filters extend maintenance intervals and reduce maintenance costs.
